Refund policy:
We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions while placing an order.
1.If the product is received, it will be eligible for a replacement, only in cases where there are defects found in the product and you have an unboxing video (uncut, non edited) of the package received where the defect is spotted.
2.If you think, the package is in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept to accept the package and mail us immediately at vaastrastudio@gmail.com ,mention your Order ID and Docket/Tracking number. We will personally ensure that a new replacement is issued to you.
While requesting for an Exchange, please make sure that the product tag and packaging is intact when you send us the product back.
1.Exchange/Return requests will be accepted that are placed within 24 hours of receiving the product.
2.Exchange/Returns will not be eligible for a slight color variation/slight embroidery pattern difference/if not liked the product.
3.Exchange option will be eligible for defected pieces only with an unboxing video of the same.
4.Exchange/Returns/Refund will not be eligible for Customized products.
5.Order can be cancelled by the customer within 24 hours of placing an order if the product is not prepared/Shipped already.(not applicable for sale/offer period)
6.Order cancellation request won't be accepted during Sale/Offer period.
7. Store Credit Refunds Only.
8.Advance payment booking amount is non refundable for cash on delivery orders.

For COD ORDERS -If your return is accepted, weβll send you a return shipping label with detailed instructions!

For prepaid orders- Customers need to send the return order by themselves to our shipping address.( kindly contact us before sending the shipment to us )
